  This is starbucks, not sure much can be said about except that place was very clean and service was pretty fast. Order was made correctly which is always nice. I did not try their wifi so can't comment on how slow or fast the internet is at this location

  I highly suggest that you avoid this location. They always make the worst drinks. It doesn't matter what drink you order, they all make it wrong. I've order hot drinks or cold drinks they all taste awful. When I go to Serramonte Mall their thinks are made just like the picture, taste way better and don't look like someone just shaken my drink. I highly recommend that you go to Serramonte Starbucks and check & taste the difference. Worst Starbucks ever!

  The service at this starbucks is the worst I know of. They are slow, they sulk, they ignore the customers, and they never apologize for mistakes.

  Service was horrible to add onto this picture.  
  I had to repeat myself at leave 3 times to the front counter lady. Not happy!

  Waited 17 mins for a frap drink, then got the wrong order. U would think they would correct my order and prioritize my drink next. Still waited another 13 mins.
